Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt of order. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive a phone call or an e-mail from us with further details. Once shipped, the delivery time is based upon the product you ordered and the shipping method you chose.
Shipping charges vary by place and shipping method-please see below. Shipping and handling (S&H) in U.S. dollars will be added to your order. Our shipping rates include the cost of customer service, processing, and shipping.
Shipping rates are computed as follows:
Shipping cost + 10% of shipping cost (packaging) + 1% of purchase total over $100 (insurance) + $6.95 (for orders to Canada)Local Delivery:
We deliver in the greater Billings area for a fee of $4.
Standard Delivery:
Shipments will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS except for orders shipped to Canada which will be shipped via only USPS.
U.S. Addresses: Please allow 5-7 days for delivery within the continental U.S. Please allow up to 12 days for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Canadian Addresses: Shipments should arrive within two weeks. We add $6.95 for orders shipped to Canada.

Express Delivery:
We offer overnight and two-day service in the U.S. on all orders received by 11:00 am mountain time. Shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS.
